Hello!
I am Helena, a visual designer with 10+ years of professional experience in designing for the IT industry, currently working as a Senior Brand & UI Designer at FNZ.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the great fortune to work on some truly inspiring projects, while meeting many influential and creative individuals along the way. I have worked on design projects in the European, American, and Asian markets, supporting clients such as Allianz, Societe Generale, Vanguard, and Barclays, to name a few.
I focus on creating designs that are aesthetic and consistent, aiming to make user interfaces meaningful, innovative, and easy to use. I love art, design, and culture. I am keen to continually learn and discover new trends.
Lately, I’ve concentrated on building design systems, which lets me combine creativity with logic to deliver scalable, efficient solutions. I’m also excited by AI’s potential to shape the future of design.
I hold an M.A. in Future Design from Teesside University (UK), a B.S. in Computer Science from the Czech University of Life Sciences, and a degree in Graphic Design from the College of Art & Advertising in Prague.
What does Meringue mean?
Meringue is a nickname for me and my artwork. Meringue is a light cookie.
A good meringue is sweet and light, so is my design clean, trendy, and delightful.
And what I do?
